Nutribuddy Weight Loss Starter Kit Review

This year, New Year's was like every other, I said to myself, I am going to lose some weight and get in shape. Going to start exercising, and eat/drink better. Although I absolutely never follow through with my New Year Resolutions, this year I took the initiative to do it.

I had the opportunity to work with Nutribuddy, a company in the UK who sells weight loss products. They have blender bottles, sculpting whey, multivitamins, and hunger fix tablets.

I received my products in two shipments, this was the first.

This one had their Little Book of Weight Loss, 2 bags of chocolate Sculpting Whey, and a black blender bottle.

The second shipment was this.

It was vanilla Sculpting Whey, Hunger Fix tablets, and a red blender bottle (not pictured).

I was very skeptical at first, as their website states, "Lose 2-4 lbs. a week" and of course that would make anyone iffy about it. Along with exercise, I changed everything, especially my eating habits, but not dramatically. What I would do is make a Sculpting Whey shake for breakfast, as soon as I woke, because I am normally very hungry when I wake up. This miracle shake holds me over until dinner time, when I take 3 Hunger Fix tablets an hour before my dinner, and I eat whatever I want, just a extremely less amount than I normally would. I am normally one for seconds, but I have cut that out all together. With the help of the Hunger Fix tablets, it takes a lot less to make me feel full.

What's the Hunger Fix tablets made up of?
Konjac Root. After doing some research, I found where an obesity study was done, and those obese persons who were given 1g of Konjac Root (1 Hunger Fix tablet), done so three times a day, one hour before each meal, for 8 weeks. No change in eating habits or exercise and resulted in 5.5 lbs of weight loss, which is dramatic with no changes. So, with exercise and improved diet, you should see even more significant results.

What's in the Sculpting Whey?
A lot of things, actually. I actually have to give Nutribuddy two thumbs up. Most shake mixes like Vi Shape, are more soy protein, than actual whey protein. Nutribuddy is more whey protein than any other mix I have seen online or tv. It has ingredients to boost your energy levels, such as Guarana Extract, Green Tea Extract, and Caffeine from Guarana. It is the most ideal shake to invest in, no doubt.
This package is the Nutribuddy Weight Loss Starter Kit. The Starter Kit comes with a shaker bottle of your color choice (red or black), Sculpting Whey in your choice of chocolate or vanilla, Hunger Fix tablets, and Multivitamins (I didn't receive because I have my own that I was already using). The shake mix is absolutely delicious. If you decide upon chocolate, I find it to be more of a cookies and cream taste. The vanilla mix taste like cupcakes to me, and I love it. You can make these more healthier by adding fruits to them, whatever combination taste best to you, go for it.  Don't want the whole kit? No problem, you can buy the products individually, but as the kit, it is so much cheaper (£69.99 or $100, shipping is around $7 for 5-10 day delivery, and around $15 to have it in 1-3 days).

I tried their recipe for Chocolate Banana Shake. I needed milk, chocolate Sculpting Whey, cocoa powder, called for a frozen banana, but mine wasn't froze, and sea salt (I skipped because I didn't have any. I blended my milk and Sculpting Whey in the blender bottle first, as it gets all the clumps of mix broken down better than all of it straight in the blender. I then put the banana in the bottom of the blender, poured in the chocolate shake mix, put in the heaping tablespoon of Wild Chocolate (all natural, pure cocoa powder from Wild Foods Co. - read up here- ), and pulsed so that the banana was pureed.

I poured it back into the blender bottle, which I took the blending ball out, and it was amazing. The banana thickens it up so it really makes you feel even more full than just the shake mix alone. I think I will start having this every morning.

So, like I stated, I have a shake for breakfast every morning, and if it's an 'eat out night' and we stop by McDonald's for my son's Happy Meal, then I normally pick up one of their delicious salads (the Southwest Salad is divine!), but if I'm not in the mood for a salad, or my husband starts talking about Taco Bell, and I'm just persuaded to eat Taco Bell, then I do. It has no effect on my progress whatsoever. I do not count calories, or eat only foods with low calories and carbs. With Nutribuddy, I can eat what I desire on my one meal, and have no regrets.

Here's my proof.

I started using my sister's Weight Gurus Smart Scale when I can get down to visit her, and I started my weight loss journey December 29, and I weighed 181.4 pounds, and I weighed before I had eaten anything. By January 5, I was down 2.8 lbs! (My goal is 150 lbs to begin with)

Fast forward to January 12, and I am down 7.4 lbs and my weigh is 174 lbs. I am so ecstatic about it. These shakes and tablets really work. I think everyone should try these out instead of wasting your money on other mixes. I highly recommend these products.
